Feb 12, 2009 New Hampshire 95 Defeated
Many of us have been watching the New Hamphsire House Bill 95 that placed severe restrictions on motorcycle exhausts. I am pleased to announce that that bill was soundly defeated by a unanimous consent of the House Committee it had been assigned to. Many other states had been watching that proposal and hopefully their ambitions for simular legislation have been thwarted.
